PROGRAMS OFFERED

AMRI offers individualized programs that take into consideration your past experience, future goals and present level of professional knowledge and experience.  Most candidates are already well established in a field of natural healing arts, but seek a higher degree or simply formal recognition of their achievements.  Therapies and modalities in which credentials are offered include traditional naturopathy, homeopathy, herbalism, vibrational medicine, therapeutic touch, orthomolecular and nutritional medicine and many others.  The Institute does not offer programs in fields requiring state licensure such as acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic or allopathic medicine. You should check your state, province or other jurisdiction’s requirements before enrolling in any program.  The professional degrees offered by AMRI are intended to serve primarily established practitioners  so licensure may not be an issue.  Some jurisdictions do not require licensure for practitioners of traditional therapies.  This information is not intended as legal advice.

AMRI offers online degrees in a variety of natural healing arts area including:  Doctor of Alternative of Medicines, Doctor of Naturopathy, and Doctor of Homeopathy.

AMRI offers competency-based, online degrees.  Students will be able to earn degrees by focusing their study in areas of their interests.  They may be asked to write a narrative description of their learning which, if approved, can be incorporated for credit into their program.  Many students design their own interdisciplinary programs!

Special Mentored Degree Programs

Weston Reserve is fortunate to have cooperative agreements with renowned faculty members who conduct specialized  individual and small group mentoring programs for selected students via distance learning modalities.  Upon completion of the program and certification by the faculty mentor, the University awards the degree earned.  We encourage interested persons to contact the respective course directors for specific details.  These special programs are fully endorsed by the University.
